Stacklist makes it easy to collaborate with friends, family, or colleagues on your favorite collections of links, resources, and recommendations. Whether you’re planning a trip, organizing a project, or sharing your favorite finds, collaboration ensures that everyone can contribute, edit, or simply view your Stacks.

How Collaboration Works

As the owner of a Stack, you can enable collaboration by adding specific users as Editors or Viewers—regardless of the Stack’s privacy settings.

1. Enable Collaboration

  • Open the Stack you want to share.

  • Click the “Share” button.

  • Toggle “Make Collaborative” to ON.

2. Invite Collaborators

  • Enter the email addresses or usernames of the people you want to invite

  • Choose their permission level

    • Editor: Can add, edit, and remove links in the Stack.

    • Viewer: Can see the Stack but cannot make changes.

  • Click “Send Invite”.

3. Manage Collaboration Settings

  • You can update or remove collaborators at any time by revisiting the Stack’s settings.

  • Editors can also invite other Editors/Viewers if the owner allows.
