✅ Collaborative Stacks

This feature requires the Curator Pro plan.

Invite others to contribute to or view your stacks — perfect for group projects, trip planning, shared resources, and more.

❓How Collaboration Works

As the owner of a stack, you can invite specific people as Editors or Viewers regardless of whether the stack is public or private.

• Editor — can add, edit, and remove cards in the stack.

• Viewer — can see the stack but cannot make any changes.

🎯 Enabling Collaboration

1. Open the stack you want to collaborate on.

2. Click the Share button.

3. Toggle Make Collaborative to on.

🤝 Inviting Collaborators

1. Enter the email address or username of the person you want to invite.

2. Choose their permission level — Editor or Viewer.

3. Click Send Invite.

They'll receive an invitation to join the stack. Once accepted, they'll have access based on the permission level you assigned.

✨ Managing Collaborators

You can update or remove collaborators at any time by going back to the stack's share settings. Editors can also invite additional collaborators if you allow it as the owner.
