๐ŸŽฏ Embedding a Stack on Your Website or Blog

Display your curated stacks as a live, interactive widget on any website, blog, or platform that supports embeds.

โ“What Is an Embed?

An embed lets you display a Stacklist stack directly on an external page โ€” like a personal website, blog, or Notion page. Instead of just sharing a link, your audience can see and interact with your curated cards right where they already are.

Only public stacks can be embedded. If your stack is set to private, you'll need to make it public first before the embed option becomes available.

โœ… How to Embed a Stack

  1. Open the stack you want to embed.

  2. Click the Share button.

  3. Select the Embed tab.

  4. Customize how your embed looks:

    • Border color and primary color

    • Width and height (responsive settings are supported)

    • Tile type and theme

    • View style โ€” choose between:

      • Single Tile โ€” a minimal, clickable tile that opens the stack.

      • Expanded Row โ€” shows the stack along with all its card previews.

  5. Preview your embed in real time.

  6. Copy either the iFrame embed code or the script embed code.

  7. Paste the code into the HTML of your website or blog.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What You Can Do With It

Embeds are a great way to share curated content in a more visual and engaging way. Some ideas:

  • Showcase your favourite productivity tools on your personal site

  • Create a travel guide with saved locations embedded on a blog post

  • Share a resource list with your community or audience

  • Present curated inspiration for clients

  • Replace static "link in bio" pages with a live, updated stack

๐Ÿ’กGood to Know

  • Embeds stay in sync. If you update the cards or cover image in your stack, the embed will reflect those changes automatically.

  • Script embed is better for advanced styling or embedding multiple stacks on one page.

  • iFrame embed is simpler and works on most standard website builders and blog platforms.
