Use tags to organize and filter your cards within a stack.
π What Is a Tag?
A tag is a label you add to a card to help you organize and find it later.
For example, if you have a stack of potential holiday stays, you might tag cards with things like #luxury, #pool, or #under-$150-per-night. Later, you can filter by any tag to see only the cards that match.
You can add up to 3 tags per card.
π How to Create a Tag
Tags are created while adding or editing a card.
Open a card to create or edit it.
Type your tag name in the Tags field.
Click Save.
Once a tag exists, you can reuse it on any other card. Just start typing the tag name and select it when it appears.
π How to Filter by Tags
Open a stack.
Click Filter by Tags at the top.
Select the tag or tags you want to filter by.
Only cards with those tags will be shown.
π How to Manage Tags
To rename or delete a tag:
Click your avatar or initial in the top-right corner to open your settings.
Click Manage Tags.
Find the tag you want to update:
Click the edit icon to rename it.
Click the trash icon to delete it.
π‘Tips
Keep tags short and consistent so they're easy to reuse across cards.
Use tags alongside stacks β stacks organize by topic, tags organize by attribute.
Deleting a tag removes it from all cards it was applied to, so double-check before deleting.
